By downloading or using Head Down, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
License
Head Down is licensed, not sold. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to install and use the app on the Macs you own or control. It is a one-time purchase with no recurring fee.
What you may not do
You agree not to resell, redistribute, rent, or sublicense the app, and not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract its source code, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
Purchase and refunds
Head Down is a one-time purchase. If it is not for you, we offer a full refund within 30 days. Just contact us and we will take care of it.
Updates
We may release updates that improve or change the app. Updates are provided at our discretion and are included with your purchase.
Disclaimer
Head Down is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error free, or that it will block every site in every situation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Head Down and its maker will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the maker of Head Down operates, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
